A team does not always have performances as hoped for, that thing can give a bad influence on all of the team members and can prove to be fatal for the projects or goals of the team.

Based on that Dr Meredith Belbin does research that proves that achievement of the team is not just determined by intellectual alone, but more by the behaviour of the team itself. The research identified some of the behaviour that each of them has contributed to the team. and it divides into 3 categories, People, Action and Thinking

In this game, you play as a manager who manages the team and project to assign based on their Belbin category.

Belbin Team Roles Game Simulation is one of the games that I developed during my time in PT Accelist Lentera Indonesia for a Web-based Platform. In this game, players played as team leaders where the player manages the team and which one to be recruited, which project to take, and which employee worked on which project to get maximum profit. The game is built on Unity and I handle the Programming such as the mechanic, API Data Integration, and UI Design.
